Biography Linda Ollar, President and CEO of HRO Architects LLC, has over 30 years of experience in the architectural field. She co-founded HRO Architects to deliver high quality architectural services, with a commitment to meeting the needs of her clients. Towards this goal, she brings to HRO Architects diverse skills such as customer service, human resources, specification writing, project execution, and client retention. Linda has responsibility for all business facets of projects and daily operations. She has a deep understanding of how to streamline business operations and engage with clients in order to reach clients objectives. She is excellent at analyzing team stengths and leveraging individual assets to reach the clients goals effectively. Linda makes it a point to listen carefully to understand client's needs throughout a project and act as their advocate as she communicates those needs to the entire project team.
