Richard Holloway, AIA
Principal / Architect


Richard Holloway, a Dallas native, has extensive experience in the practice of architecture, facilities management, and related fields. In his 30 + year career, Richard has been a part of the design and/or development team for education, residential, retail, church, correctional, and government projects.

Richard has gained extensive experience with complex programs, detailed requirements, and post-construction follow-up through focusing on meeting clientís needs in client-occupied buildings as well as development projects. Richardís service as staff architect for a large school district broadened his understanding of both sides of the Owner/Architect relationship.

Projects have ranged from new buildings and renovations to purchase and distribution of new furniture and equipment as well as feasibility studies and existing facility assessments.

Since co-founding HRO Architects in 2012, Richard has provided architectural services to more than 50 clients throughout the DFW area and beyond.

Richard received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture degree in 1979 from the University of Texas at Arlington, and he is a registered Architect in Texas and Colorado.
